This temple was founded by I Gusti Agung Putu after defeating I Gusti Ngurah Batu Tumpeng in a battle. After the battle, he decided to build a temple located on the shores of Lake Bratan. And the temple was later named by I Gusti Agung Putu with the name Ulun Danu Bratan Temple.
Visitors can freely visit and witness the natural beauty of this beautiful temple. However, to enter the temple area, visitors are charged an entrance fee of 10 thousand Rupiah per person. For children, a fee of IDR 7,500 is charged. Meanwhile, for foreign tourists, the ticket fare to be paid is IDR 30,000.
